Return and Exchange Policy

Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, with a focus on our customers’ satisfaction.

1- In case of any manufacturing defects or damage to the product: Bentley customers are entitled to replace/return the product containing a manufacturing defect or damage without shipping fees, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of product receipt. After Bentley receives the product and confirms its condition, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund the product value via bank transfer, which takes 3 business days.
  • Replace the damaged product with any new product of the same value.

2- If you wish to replace/return a product without any manufacturing defects: Bentley customers may replace/return the product provided it is still in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of product receipt. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping/delivery and return expenses.

3- If the customer’s invoice includes free shipping, and the customer wishes to return some or all of the products, the customer will bear the cost of the free delivery in addition to the return cost. 4- After Bentley receives the product and confirms its compliance with the conditions, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund the value of the product.
  • Exchange the product for another one of the same value.

5- In the case of the order being shipped and not received by the customer for any reason from the carrier and it is returned to the store, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded order value.
